Port Allegany Woman Cited For Donuts

A Port Allegany woman was cited by State Police after an incident of criminal mischief at a private parking lot at the residence of Brett McKervey at 384 Coleman Mills Road in Liberty Township at 7:40 Pm on Tuesday.

Kira Sutton, 19, of Port Allegany, PA, was driving a blue Chevrolet S-10 truck and caused damage to a private pull off parking lot. Trooper Matthew J. Petrof said Sutton was doing donuts and spin outs in the parking lot, causing damage to the area. She fled the scene upon the owner's arrival. Sutton was located a short time later and cited for summary traffic violations and one count of Criminal Mischief in District Court 48-3-02.

UPDATE: Sutton plead guilty to  Criminal Mischief and was fined in District Court. She had also been charged with a traffic violation of failure to carry license which was dismissed. No other violations were found in the court records on this incident.
