Minor Injury In Abbott Township Crash Last Tuesday

A Cross Fork man was slightly hurt when his 2012 Ford F-150 went off Heuser Road in Abbott Township last Tuesday at 1:50 PM and struck a tree.

Jeffrey L. Kinney, 53, of Cross Fork, PA, was traveling south on Heuser Road, negotiating a left hand curve when the truck lost traction on the snow covered dirt roadway.  The truck left the roadway to the west ans struck a tree with the front passenger side corner panel. 

Trooper Mark VanVolkenburg said Kinney was wearing a seat belt and suffered only a minor injury. No charges were filed.
