Police Respond To Motorist Assist/Find Driver DUI

A Smethport resident was arrested for DUI early Sunday morning at 12:30 AM on SR 146, 1/2 mile east of Bloomster Hollow in Sergeant Township, after State Police were called to assist a motorist.

Tera Raszmann, 52, of Smethport, PA, was determined by Trooper Jeffrey J. Walker, who responded, to be under the influence of prescription medication and alcohol. 

Trooper Walker said it was determined that motorists had an altercation in a private parking lot in Clermont. DUI charges will be filed in District Court 48-3-02, pending NMS lab toxicology results.
