Penn State Extension Offers PDA Pesticide Applicator Exam:

The PA Department of Agriculture will offer a PA Pesticide Applicator Exam at the office of Penn State Extension of Potter County on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2013 at 9:30 am.

Needed For Exam:
 1. Government issued photo id. This would include a drivers license or two other forms of identification:
a. Government issued document with signature (social security card, green card).
b. A document with name and address (utility bill, tax statement, personal check).

No Fee is charged for Private Applicator Exams.
