Trooper Michael Smith of PSP Emporium investigated an incident of Harassment between a known male and female on 3-21 at 7:40 am. in Tannery Heights, Shippen Township.
This incident occurred as the known male pushed the known female during a verbal altercation. The victim refused to file charges.
