Phyllis I. Skudlarek, 83, of Coudersport, formerly of Salamanca, NY, passed away on Friday, March 22, 2013, at Sweden Valley Manor, Coudersport, PA, after a lengthy illness.
Funeral arrangements, under the direction of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse, PA, are incomplete and will be announced with a full obituary.
