OLEAN, NY---A memorial service for Phyllis I. Skudlarek, 83, a longtime resident of Salamanca, who passed away on Friday, March 22, 2013, will be held at 11am on Saturday, April 6, 2013, in the Bethany Lutheran Church, 6 Leo Moss Drive, Olean, with the Rev. Marie Meeks, pastor, and the Rev Father Michael Lonto of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, Salamanca, officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse, PA.
