Megan (Setzer), and Timothy Walck, from Coudersport, PA, are pleased to announce the arrival of Rhiannon Loretta Walck who was born on March 21st, 2013 at Soldiers + Sailors Memorial Hospital. Rhiannon weighed 7lbs, 4.4oz.
