3-3 Box 48-50 Sweden Twp. 1500Hrs, Automatic Fire Alarm Potato City Inn
Eng 48-1,Tanker 48-5, Assistant Chief Haskins arrived and declared a false alarm- recalled all units.

3-3 Box 48-07 Hebron Twp. 2355Hrs, one vehicle accident in Coneville. Chief Phelps along with assistants Haskins,Ostroski, Rescue 48-8, Patrol 48-4 responded. Pt refused treatment, was assisted by CVAA and PSP-Cdspt.

3-9 Box 48-02 Cdspt Boro. 1928Hrs, Dwight st Odor Investigation Assistant Chief Haskins, Ostroski along with Engine 48-1 responded, Nothing found, returned all units.

3-12 Box 46-03 Roulette Twp. W Branch Fishing Crk. Rd working structure fire- automatic mutual aid, Chief Phelps, assistant Chief Ostroski along with Engine 48-1,2, Tanker 48-5 responded while Austin Dept 44 stood by at our station.

3-14 Box 48-30 CCMH 1040hrs Eulalia Twp. Chief Phelps, Assistant Chief Haskins, Tower 48-9, Engine 48-1 responded. Found to be a faulty alarm-turned over to maintenance personnel.

3-15 Box 46-02 Roulette Twp Sr 6/Fishing Crk rd. Two vehicle accident with injuries, Chief Phelps, Assistants Haskins/Ostroski along with Engine 48-2,Patrol 48-4 responded and was diverted to station 46.

3-18 Box 48-02 Cdspt Boro 1305hrs Sr6/Damascus rd 3 car accident with injuries. Chief Phelps, Assistants Haskins/Ostroski, Engine 48-2, Rescue 48-8
responded. CVAA transported Pt to CCMH, Cdspt PD assisted/investigated, Sr 6 was shut down approx.1/2 hr, traffic detoured.

3-21 Box 48-07 Hebron Twp 1155hrs- Ridge rd/Carpenter rd-two vehicle crash w/injuries. Chief Phelps, Assistants Haskins, Ostroski, Dunn along w/Rescue 48-8 and Patrol 48-4 responded. CVAA transported to CCMH, was assisted at the scene by PSP-Cdspt.

3-22 Box 48-07 Hebron Twp 1752hrs. Summit rd and Dry Run Rd- Structure Fire-House. Chief Phelps, assistant Ostroski along with Engine 48-1,2,Tanker 48-5 responded along with an Engine and Tanker from Shinglehouse dept 39. Dept 48 crews were able to contain the fire to the wall behind the stove, extinguish the fire. Shinglehouse was placed in staging at Summit rd and Bryant Hollow, while an engine and crew from dept 46-Roulette stood-by at Cdspt. Damage was approx. $2500.00

3-25 Box 48-02 0750 Cdspt Boro-Buffalo st- Vehicle fire. Assistant Chief Haskins along with Engine 48-1 and Patrol 48-4 responded. Haskins recalled all units-fire out. Assisted by Cdspt Boro PD.

3-25 Box 48-07 1010hrs Hebron Twp Baker Hollow , to assist CVAA with getting to a PT of a medical emergency. Assistant Chief Haskins along with Patrols 48-4/28 responded and assisted.

3-28 Box 48-03 1430hrs Eulalia Twp Steer Brook Rd- Lt 48 Stevens, Patrol 48-4 responded to a report of a CO2 activation, found to be a faulty detector. Returned to service.
